Please connect your tab to working Internet via Wi-Fi connection and click on ‘Lecture Schedule’ sync tab. If Still the problem persists check whether your Batch details are showing properly in the Student’s Profile Page. If it is correctly Mentioned then check whether other student from the same batch is also getting same problem or not, also check lecture schadule on teacher App.
Contact Technical Support team, They will Provide you Token to Initialize device and Migrate Content. Once the process is successfully Done you will be able to view the content.
Contact Technical Support Team, They will provide you Admin OTP to Disable MDM. Post disabling MDM go to Application Manager in Settings and clear app data of Robomate + App. Login with your login credentials and do the Initialize and Migrate process.
Go to Sync option and clickon ”New Tests’ sync tab. All new tests will be downloaded.

On Robomate app Home screen click on Menu drawer Button, then click on student profile page.In Student Profile Page you will be able to see all the details like Product, Center, Batch, Product Validity and Device details.
Click on Product Name on the Home Screen. Click on My Subscribed Courses dropdown. It will give you list of all Subscribed Products. Select the desired product and click on Arrow Button, It will load the product yo want to view.

On Home Screen, Click on Menu Drawer and then click on ‘Browse Courses’ you will get the listing of all Online courses.
Go to Sync option and clickon ”New Content’ sync tab. All new Content will be downloaded.
For the first Login in the app you need Internet connection as App will fetch all the Information from Cloud, later it does not require active internet connection while accessing the application. You will require Internet connection to Sync tab for NEW Content, Lecture Schedule, New Tests and Activation of Test and Solution. Also, Internet is required to Update student’s attendance, activity, User Product and Batch Details.
Please select the subject and date range properly in which you have done the activity. Also check whether you have selected Home or Class activity properly. If still problem persists the contact Customer support.
Once any sync activity is done it will show time stamp below the Sync tab.
Product Content can be assessed via 2 ways. 1. By lecture Schedule 2. By Course Structure
Kindly follow the below steps.

  1. Connect the device to proper internet connection (Wifi / Mobile Data-3G/4G Hotspots).
  2. Go to device Settings – Select the Application Manager/Apps – Select the Google Play Store – Select the Clear Cache, Clear Data and Force Stop. (If android version is Marshmallow – 6. above Select the Storage – Clear Cache, Clear Data back and Force Stop.
  3. Open Google Play Store – Download and Install Robomate+ App.

  1. Robomate+ App login with registered Email-id which you have registered on buying the products.
  2. Go to device Settings – Select the Application Manager/Apps – Select the Robomate+ App – Select the Clear Cache, Clear Data and Force Stop. (If android version is Marshmallow – 6. above Select the Storage – Clear Cache, Clear Data back and Force Stop.
  3. Open Robomate+ App – wait – if android version is Marshmallow – 6. above showing Deny or Allow options please you select the only Allow option don’t select deny option – Enter login details Username………and Password……………
