  OFFER APPLICABLE ONLY for VIII, IX, X, XI, XII products and combos consisting of these products.

  Robomate+ reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with these terms & conditions.

  Eligibility :

  • The student scores less than the previous academic year (in the subjects purchased).
  • The product should have been purchased at least 4 Months before the final
  • The students should have viewed at least 80% of content and attempted all the Tests before the final exam start date.
  • The students should have taken dynamic tests at least once per month before the final exam.
  • There should be a minimum of 4 hours of usage of Robomate+ App every week and a minimum of 20 Hours of usage of Robomate+ App every month till expiry of the product.

   

  Refund Information:

  • The previous mark sheet should be sent to Robomate+ within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt of result whichever is earlier (Either Previous Year mark sheet or last terminal exam mark sheet, whichever is the latest.)
  • Robomate+ will have the right to verify the mark sheets submitted (In case of refund claim) with the school/ college as appropriate.
  • In case of Offline Tests, scanned copies of tests attempted will have to be sent to Robomate+ as submission of proof – to fulfil the condition of 80% content consumption.
