Registration can be applied for by submitting the CA Final Registration Form along with the prescribed fee and the supporting documents
CA Final Registration Fees
- If you have cleared CA IPCC:- (IPCC Route), then CA Final registration fee will be Rs.10,000 + Rs. 2000 towards articleship registration fee (if not paid earlier)
- For conversion from CA Final old course to new course you will have to pay Rs 1100 towards new study material.
Registration Fees of Rs. 10,000 is to be paid along with the Registration Form. However, if the student has not paid the Registration Fees for Articleship, he also has to pay a one-time Articleship Registration Fees of Rs. 2,000 along with the Registration Form.
Where to Submit CA Final Registration Form
For payment of Fees you will require to made demand draft in favour of “The Secretary, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” payable at New Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkatta/Kanpur in accordance with the registered address of the Student.
Documents Required For CA Final Registration
The Student shall also submit the following documents at the time of submission of the Registration Form:
- Copy of ITT Training Certificate
- Copy of Orientation Program Training Certificate
- Copy of IPCC Mark sheet attested by a Chartered Accountant
- Demand Draft/Pay Order towards CA Final Registration Fees
Last Date for CA Final Registration Form
There are no Last date for CA Final Registration you should be registered on or before to apply your examination form. I.e you should be CA final registered holder as on date of applying to exams.
In general mean, for IPCC, if you cleared both group in May 2013 then your Final attempt will come in May 2017. As 3.5 years articleship has to be finished before applying for CA Final examination.
In Other Words – A CA Student can appear for CA Final Exams in the last 6 months of his articleship. In other words, as the duration of articleship is 3 years, a student can appear for CA Final Exams after completing a minimum of 3.5 years of articleship. The student can appear for any attempt that f.after completing 3.5 years of articleship.
In case you completed both groups of IPCC and now has to starting your articleship i.e registering to articleship now in such case with out registering to CA Final the ICAI doesn’t register you articleship. In my friend case he qualified both groups of IPCC at a time in single attempt and send the form 102 & 103 to articleship registration with out registering to CA Final after 3 months he received a letter from ICAI you completed both groups of IPCC so should be register for CA Final also. After sending of Final Registration form then ICAI registered him for articleship and CA Final however articleship commencement date registered as the date prescribed in form 103.
A Student can apply for CA Final Registration at any time before submitting the CA Final Exam Form. It usually takes ICAI a few months to process the CA Final Registration Form and therefore we recommend students to apply for CA Final Registration minimum 3 months before submitting the CA Final Exam Form.
