MHT CET 2016: Admit Cards will be available for download April 25 onward

Mumbai: The Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will make active the link on its official website to download Admit Cards and Hall Tickets for MHT CET 2016 exams on April 25, 2016, it is officially learnt.

“Candidates appearing for MHT CET 2016 can download and take printouts of their Admit Cards/Hall Tickets using the link given on the official website from April 25 onwards. The link will be active only till April 30, 2016″, the official notification said.

The Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is set to conduct the state level MHT CET 2016 exams on May 05, 2016.

The MHT-CET 2016 is a single combined entrance test for admission to all Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses in Maharashtra.

Detailed program regarding issue of application forms and information brochures have already been announced and are available on the website for reference.

Admissions to Maharashtra state engineering colleges for the year 2014 and 2015 were done through JEE Main. But, for the upcoming academic year 2016, DTE will conduct its own, one single combined “Common Entrance Test” MHT-CET 2016 for all Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses.

Students, who seek admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in the state of Maharashtra should have cleared class XII or equivalent and should meet all the eligibility requirements to appear for MHT CET 2016.

Students appearing for MHT-CET 2016 can find more details about the exam on Maharashtra Directorate of Technical Education website.

The role of the Directorate is to maintain, enhance the standard, quality of technical education by laying the policies, establishing developing Govt. Institutions, guiding supervising the aided, private institutions, interacting with industry and national level institutions, co-ordinating with other departments of State Government, Government of India Statutory Organisations and to contribute to the development of industry society at large.
