Adding another 8 hours for sleep leaves you with 9 hours that you need to spend efficiently. For the Class 9 CBSE preparation, target a cumulative study session of 6 hours daily. Keep in mind that those 6 hours must be properly spent in your studies. Spend the remaining 3 hours for activities not related to studies like entertainment, taking meals, outdoor games, hobbies, etc. Note, co-curricular and extracurricular activities are key to the overall personality development a Class 9 CBSE student.

Mathematics is a subject that needs practice so the average practice time for Maths will be more than the other subjects. The other subjects need 1-1.5 hours of focused studies on a daily basis.
