KCET 2019 – Exam Date, Pattern, Eligibility Criteria, Application Form, Syllabus
The Karnataka Examining Authority (KEA) will organize the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET 2019). This is an entrance test at the state level, also known as Karnataka CET 2019. The KCET exam is organized to allow entry to the first year of engineering, agriculture, pharmacy and many other courses. Several colleges and universities in Karnataka offer admission based on KCET scores. To be admitted to the courses of medicine and dentistry, students must qualify for the NEET 2019 exam. For architectural courses, admission will be made through the JEE Main (document 2) and NATA exams. The exam will cover two papers: Paper I (mathematics) and Paper II (physics and chemistry). On the basis of the scores obtained in KCET, candidates will be assigned seats in the institutes. Registered candidates will have temporary access to their KCET 2019 admission card during the first week of April. The allocation of seats will be carried out in online mode according to the performance of the candidates KCET 2019 and the election of the university and the course.

Exam Pattern for KCET 2019
Below is a summary of the KCET review template to help applicants plan their preparation:
- Examination mode: the exam is done offline (with pencil and paper).
- Types of questions: The questions are of multiple choice types.
- Number of questions: A total of 60 questions are made in each section.
- Time Duration: Each section has 80 minutes.
- Scoring scheme: One point is assigned to each correct answer.
- Negative marking: There is no provision for negative marking. No deduction / award score for marking multiple options.
Eligibility Criteria of KCET 2019
KCET B.Tech
The eligibility criteria for admission to KCET B.Tech courses are indicated below:
- The candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Candidates must have passed the second PUC / Class 12 / equivalent exam, with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- In addition to the compulsory subjects, candidates must have optional subjects – Biology / Chemistry / Biotechnology / Electronics / Computing with an English language subject
- General candidates must obtain a minimum of 45% and successful candidates must have obtained 40% in the case of categories 1 and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) SC, ST
To be admitted to government positions, candidates must meet all eligible conditions as prescribed by KCET.
KCET B.Pharm
Eligibility for KCET B. Pharm courses is shown below:
- Applicants must be qualified in 2nd PUC or 12th grade with PCM or PCB materials.
- The general candidates must have obtained an aggregate of 45%, while the reserved categories, that is, the categories I, OBC and ST / SC should obtain 40% to apply for the KCET 2019.
- Applicants must have passed the pharmacy diploma for a position approved by the government and the general candidates must have a score of 45%, while the categories SC / ST and I and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) must obtain 40%
To be admitted to government positions, candidates must meet all eligible conditions as prescribed by KCET.
KCET B.Sc Hons. Agriculture
For admission to KCET B.Sc. Hons. Agriculture 2019, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by KEA. Candidates must pass the second PUC / Class 12 exam/equivalent of a recognized board, as well as physics, chemistry, mathematics and an optional subject such as biology to be eligible for KCET 2019.
Applicants must comply with all eligible clauses as prescribed by KCET in case of admission to government positions.
NOTE:
- While NEET becomes the national medical/dental entrance test, the KCET medical examination has stopped.
- There is no entrance test for admission to architecture. Admission is based on NATA scores or JEE’s main document 2 through advices from KCET.
- The Karnataka High Court has issued a provisional order for KEA to allow candidates with a foreign foreigner card (OIC) to participate in the review process.
Registration and Application Form of KCET 2019
Online application form for KCET 2019
- The online application form for KCET 2019 was available from February 1 to March 8. It is expected that more than 1.7 lakh candidates have enrolled in KCET 2019.
- Candidates registered by visiting the official KCET website, namely, kea.kar.nic.in.
- There, they had to enter their personal data, to generate an application number and a password.
- After that, they had to separately download a scanned copy of the color photo, signature and fingerprint in the recent passport format in JPG / JPEG format.
- The next step was to pay the application fee, either by challan or by net banking.
- The last step was to print a KCET application form.
KCET application fee:
- Candidates can make their payment only online (through the specified Challan bank).
- The application fee is 650 INR for General and OBC candidates.
- Applicants in the SC / ST category are required to pay INR 500 for the application fee.
- INR 750 for applicants residing outside the state of Karnataka and INR 5,000 for applicants residing outside of India.
Payment by Challan: The bank will maintain a copy of the Challan bank and deliver the remaining two copies of the Challan to the candidates. Applicants residing outside India pay the fees in the form of a preliminary examination of the application in favor of the Executive Director, the Karnataka Control Authority, payable in Bangalore.
Farm fee application fee: INR 500/- for the general categories and OBC (INR 250 – for SC, ST and category 1) this amount will be paid to the corresponding practical test center on the day of verification of documents in the form of On-demand editions established in favor of the corresponding university’s controller.
Syllabus of KCET 2019
The KCET questionnaire is based on the first and second PUC (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) program prescribed by the Pre-University Education Department of the State of Karnataka. Pre University College in Karnataka is equal to 10 + 2 or H.S.C. as it prevails in most education councils in India. The program will be based on the first and second programs of the PUC notified by the Department of Pre-University Education of the State of Karnataka. It will include subjects of physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology. Students must prepare for the exam according to the program planned for their course.
Result of KCET 2019
- In the last week of May 2019, the KCET result will be published as separate result sheets that present the ranks in medical/dental, ISM & H, engineering, architecture, life sciences and life sciences, B-Pharm and Pharm-D on the website kar.nic.in.
- The KCET result sheets will not be displayed at the KEA premises.
- Rank List Declaration: Candidates will be assigned different ranks for different courses such as engineering, agriculture, horticulture and other courses, taking into account the subjects and participants.
- Provide details: applicants must enter credentials such as the registration number and date of birth to obtain the results sheet on the page.
- KCET cutoff will be available in the form of closing rank.
- This is the minimum qualification required by the candidate to be eligible for the counseling process.
- The cutoff depends on several factors, such as the total number of available seats, the number of candidates that appear, and the difficulty level of the exam.
- The KCET cutoff is published by the authority responsible for the review of different institutes and branches of engineering.
- The KCET Council and the allocation of seats for all qualified candidates are carried out in several rounds, according to the list of merits and the no. of seats in the institutes.
MHT CET 2019 – Important Dates, Eligibility Criteria, Application Form , Syllabus, Cutoff
The MHT CET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state entrance exam for admission to engineering and health-related science courses in Maharashtra. MHT CET 2019 is scheduled for May 2019. Candidates can complete the MHT CET 2019 online application form as of March 2019 at dtemahrashtra.gov.in. The application fees for the general category are INR 800 and those for the reserved category are INR 600.

Changes introduced in the MHT CET 2019
- Previously, the CET MHT was entirely based on the Class 12 program of the Maharashtra Board of HSC. From now on, students will also have to study the curriculum of class 11.
- In MHT CET 2019, a weight of 20% is assigned to class 11 of the standard program and 80% to class 12.
- The difficulty level of MHT CET 2019 will be high and almost equal to JEE Main in terms of mathematics, physics, chemistry and NEET for biology.
- The approximate number of questions based on the 11th standard will be 10 and 40 in class 12. The questions will be based on the applications.
- In the MHT CET 2019, the chapter on complex numbers in class 11 will not ask questions.

Eligibility Criteria for MHT CET 2019
The basic eligibility for TEC MHT is that candidates must have passed class 12 of a recognized board or equivalent. The separate eligibility conditions for all courses are given below:
For engineering courses
- Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidates must have passed the class 12 or the HSC exam in subjects such as physics, chemistry, English and mathematics, biotechnology, biology and technical and professional subjects.
- You must obtain at least 50% of the general qualifications (45% of the general qualifications for the candidates in the reserved category).
- Degree in Engineering and Technology and obtaining at least 50% of the points (45% in the reserved category).
- Obtaining qualification score in the JEE Main Paper 1.
For pharmacy courses
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- The candidate must have completed class 12 of classes in English, physics, chemistry and mathematics / biology / biotechnology / professional technique. For candidates in the general category, the minimum percentage required is 45% and for the reserved category, it is 40%.
- No age limit is prescribed for this course.
Registration and Application Form of MHT CET 2019
Applicants must follow the instructions below to complete the MH CET application form.
- The MH CET 2019 application form can only be completed through online mode.
- Candidates can register with an email ID and a mobile phone number.
- The registration and application form will begin as of the third week of January 2019.
- The process to complete the application form will take place until the fourth week of March 2019.
- Candidates can also complete the form until the last week of March 2019 by paying a late fee.
- Candidates must upload the scanned photo and the signature in passport format in the prescribed format.
- Fill in all the details carefully, it is not allowed to change the name, father’s name, date of birth, cell phone number and email ID for the data once the application form is sent.
- Take the form of the completed application form and keep it until the end of the admission process.
Registration fees:
The application fee can be paid online with a credit / debit card, Net-banking. The application will be the following:
- General category Candidates from the state of Maharashtra, outside the state of Maharashtra (WHO), J & K migrant candidates: 800 / -.
- Candidates belonging to the remote class categories [SC, ST, VJ / DT-NT (A), NT (B), NT (C), NT (D), OBC, SBC] and candidates with reduced mobility belonging to the State only of Maharashtra: 600 / -.
Syllabus of MHT CET 2019
The MH CET 2019 program includes subjects in physics, chemistry, biology (botany and zoology) and mathematics. The program includes grades 11 and 12. The program is the same as for the HSC / 12th HSC Board of Maharashtra exam.
When preparing for the exam, candidates must follow the program officially prescribed by the authority. The level of difficulty will be on a par with JEE (Main) for math, physics, chemistry and the level of difficulty for biology will be on par with the NEET exam.
Result of MHT CET 2019
To access the MHT CET 2019 result, applicants must visit the official DTE Maharashtra website. The results will be published before the first week of June 2019 as a scorecard. The results obtained in the MHT CET 2019 will only be valid for one year. The provisional response key will be available to candidates before the results are announced.

MHT CET Cutoff
To be eligible for the B.Tech programs offered by the institutes, candidates must have the required mark. Rest is published after each round of seating distribution by DTE Maharashtra. To determine the cutoff of MHT CET, certain parameters are taken into account, such as the total number of seats available, the number of candidates in the CET system and the level of difficulty of the exam.
BITS /BITSAT 2019 – Eligibility Criteria, Exam Date, Application Form, Syllabus, Results
BITSAT 2019: BITS, Pilani will temporarily host BITSAT 2019 during the third week of May in online mode. From the fourth week of March, candidates will be able to reserve their place for BITSAT 2019. Once the reservation is finalized, they can download their BITSAT 2019 ticket. Applicants who wish to be admitted to the Institute’s undergraduate engineering programs must complete the BITSAT 2019 application form online. Candidates must pay the application fee, either through net banking or credit / debit card. However, before completing the application form, applicants are advised to consult the BITSAT 2019 eligibility criteria defined by the authorities and respect them. The authorities will provisionally publish the BITSAT 2019 membership application form from the third week of December 2018. The authorities will announce the result of BITSAT 2019 in two forms: one immediately after completing the test, in the form of a score, and the other in the form of admission or waiting list. Eligibility Criteria of BITS 2019
Candidates who will take the entrance examination must meet the eligibility criteria of BITSAT 2019 as prescribed by the authorities. BITSAT 2019 eligibility criteria include parameters such as age limit, qualification exam, nationality, etc. On the basis of which candidates will be eligible to pass the entrance test.
- Qualification exam: Candidates must have passed the Class 12 exam of a jury recognized by the center or state or its equivalent.
- Eligible subject: Candidates who apply for BITSAT 2019 must pass the Class 12 exam or its equivalent in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and have sufficient command of English.
- Qualification Marks: Candidates must have obtained at least 75% of the total score in the subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics. If the candidate opted for biology in BITSAT 2019, he should have obtained a minimum of 75% of points in the subjects of physics, chemistry and biology. In addition, candidates must ensure that they have obtained at least 60% points in each of the subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics / biology.
- Age criteria: candidates who will take the class 12 exam in 2019 or who passed the exam in 2018 are not eligible.
Note: Candidates who occupy the first place in the state or central councils of India will be offered the seats of their choice, regardless of their BITSAT 2019 classification. However, they must ensure that they meet all the criteria.
Registration and Application Form BITSAT 2019
The application process for BITSAT 2019 will begin in January 2019. The application process is completely online. The steps to complete the BITSAT application form are mentioned below:
Step 1: Fill the Application Form – Enter your personal and academic information to generate a unique claim number.
Step 2: Upload scanned images– Make sure the image size is between 4 KB and 50 KB (for the photo) and 1 KB to 30 KB (for the signature).
Step 3: Payment of application fees: this varies for male and female applicants and NRI applicants. Online application fees can be paid by credit / debit card or online banking, while online payment can be made through a bank. For Male candidates, Fee is INR 2950, for female candidates, it is INR 2450, and for NRI candidates it is $70 (INR 4500).
NOTE: In addition to applying for and applying for BITSAT-2019, applicants must also apply for admission to BITS by specifying their 12th grade and preferences for the various degree programs offered at Indian BITS campuses.

Ans: Yes, there are universities that admit students who use BITSAT 2019 scores. NIIT University will now accept BITSAT scores to enter its programs. BITS Pilani has no role to play in the selection process or in the management of NIIT University programs.
Admission card BITSAT 2019
- Candidates can download their admission card by May 2019 at the latest.
- BITSAT Hall Ticket can be downloaded from the official website.
- The room ticket includes the following details: name of candidate, photo and signature, application number, details of the examination center, date of the test, time of the test, date of examination, location of the test and instructions for the test.

Candidates can see their BITSAT 2019 results report the day after the test date. Candidates should take an impression of their scorecard for future reference.
The minimum score that a candidate must reach to be considered eligible for the admission process is called the BITSAT 2019 cutoff. Once the admission process is completed, BITS Pilani will announce the BITSAT 2019 cutoff. The BITSAT 2019 cutoff will include Minimum score per branch, per below which candidates will not be considered for admission. In addition, the authorities will also report the BITSAT 2019 cut off score for each round of seat distribution. AIIMS 2019 – Exam Date, Eligibility Criteria, Application Form, Syllabus, Cut Off
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has initiated the basic registration process of the AIIMS 2019 application form for the MBBS course on November 30, 2018. The deadline to complete the basic registration is January 3, 2019. This year, the process of filling out the AIIMS 2019 application form was modified after the introduction of the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR). The application process of AIIMS MBBS 2019 will be divided into two stages: Basic registration and Final registration. The final registration process for the AIIMS application form will begin on February 21, 2019. During the basic registration process of the AIIMS application form, applicants must complete their personal information and contact information, and upload the scanned images of the form of request, passport size photo, signature and left-hand thumb fingerprint. Eligibility Criteria of AIIMS 2019
Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria of AIIMS MBBS before requesting the exam. Here are some eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or have reached the age limit by December 31, 2019.
- Candidates must have passed class 12 from a board of directors or recognized university with English, biology, physics and chemistry as subjects.
- A 60% grade is required for OBC candidates and general categories, while SC / ST / OBC candidates require 50% to write the exam.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens. Indian citizens of foreign and non-resident Indians are also eligible.
- Candidates who apply for a qualifying exam are also eligible.
Registration and Application Form AIIMS 2019
The application process of AIIMS MBBS 2019 has been modified. Candidates have the opportunity to register for the MBBS AIIMS entrance exam 6 months in advance. Candidates can fill the application form with the help of Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR). Candidates who wish to take the entrance exam must complete the application process before the deadline. The registration must be completed in two steps: basic registration and final registration. In the basic registration, applicants must complete their basic information and upload the scanned images of their photo and signature the size of a passport.
Once the basic registration has been completed, the details provided by the candidate will be examined. Candidates who complete the basic registration part before the last date can only continue with the next step, which is the final record. In this section, applicants must complete the other necessary information and pay the required amount of the application fee.
The general application and OBC fee is 1500 INR and for SC / ST 800 INR applicants. The process to complete the AIIMS MBBS 2019 application form is completely online.
As of this year, the institute reviewed the entire registration process for the exam. It will be a two-step process that includes:
AIIMS basic registration:

Syllabus of AIIMS 2019
There is no prescribed syllabus for the AIIMS exam 2019. Candidates should study from class 12 as part of the 10 + 2 Program / Intermediate Science. They should understood and have good knowledge of physics, chemistry, biology (botany and zoology) and general knowledge / skills.
Idea of Physics Syllabus:
Physical world and measurements, kinematics, laws of motion, work, energy and power, movement of the system of particles and rigid body, oscillations and waves, behavior of perfect gases and kinetic theory of gases, etc.
Idea of Chemistry Syllabus:
Some basic concepts of chemistry, chemical thermodynamics, block elements, classification of elements and periodicity in properties, states of matter: gases and liquids, organic chemistry: principles and basic techniques.
Idea of Biology Syllabus:
Diversity of living organisms, cell: structure and function, human physiology, biology and human welfare, biotechnology and its applications, ecology and environment, etc.
Idea of General Awareness Syllabus:
Current Affairs, Company Punch Line, top corporate officers, famous awards and honors, major corporate events, world records, books and authors, science, history, etc.
Result of AIIMS 2019
AIIMS New Delhi will publish the results through the online mode. The results are reported as scores and percentiles insured by the candidate in AIIMS MBBS 2019. Enter your candidate ID and password to access the results of AIIMS MBBS. The Institute will not individually select the failed candidates for the test result. However, a candidate’s percentile scores are available on the AIIMS website.

- Step 3: Applicants must complete the requested information, including their username, password and a security pin.

The limit score is the minimum qualification that a candidate must obtain to be admitted to the AIIMS system. In accordance with the AIIMS MBBS 2019 qualification criteria,
- The cut off for candidates in the general category will be 50%, while for OBC applicants it will be 45%.
- The threshold will be determined on the basis of the percentile; the exam will be carried out on two computers.

NEET 2020 – Eligibility Criteria, Registration, Application Form, Syllabus
The National Testing Agency, also known as NTA, has started the NEET 2020 application form on December 2. The last date to fill the form is December 31.
Corrections in Application: Jan 15 – 30.
Admit Card will be available : March 27.
NEET 2020 Exam : May 3.
NEET Result: June 4.
National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a medical entrance test for admission to MBBS, BDS and Ayush courses – BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, B.V.Sc & AH. AIIMS and JIPMER have now been merged into NEET and there are no more separate entrance exams.
Salient Features of NEET 2020
- The exam will begin at 2:00 pm and last until 5:00 pm.
- Candidates must choose a total of 4 exam centers while completing the application form. This cannot be changed once the form has been submitted.
- The NTA officical website for NEET is – ntaneet.nic.in. The NEET application form has been published on this new website.
- NEET 2020 will be carried out in offline mode.
- NTA has also provided NEET testing centers for better preparation.
- The NEET exam is held once a year.
Eligibility Criteria of NEET 2020
Candidates for medical treatment must meet certain conditions in order to participate in the examination. Nomination forms are not accepted for ineligible candidates. Therefore, candidates are invited to use the NEET 2020 eligibility criteria listed below.
- Indian citizens, OCI, PIO, NRI and foreign applicants will be eligible.
- The age limit will be 17 years on or before December 31, 2020. There is no upper age limit.
- Candidates must have passed the exam number 12 or equivalent of any recognized board.
- During the qualification exam, students must have a subject in physics, chemistry, biology / biotechnology and English.
- Candidates must have obtained at least 50 points (for general), 45% (for general level) and 40% for SC / ST and OBC candidates in the PCB field.
- Candidates appearing in the class XII exam are also eligible.

Registration & Application Form for NEET 2020
NTA began the registration and submission of the NEET 2020 application form as of December 1, 2020. The last date to submit the application is December 31, while payment of application fees can be made up to on January 1, 2020. Candidates should keep in mind that the Aadhaar card is not required to fill out the application form. Candidates must keep their scanned photo, with the signature ready before filling out the NEET 2020 application form. The steps to fill out the NEET application form are as follows:
Step 1- Registration
All candidates must register first to complete the NEET application. Candidates only fill in their name, parents’ names, mobile phone number, email ID, category, date of birth, nationality, type and identification number, disabilities. They must create a password and verify the details before sending. The OTP verification is the next step before the registration is complete. Candidates will receive the provisional NEET application number, which will be the user name to log in
Step 2 – Fill out the application
Candidates must complete their personal information, place of birth, exam medium, choice of exam cities (4 in number), and academic details of class 10, 11 and 12. They must also provide the details of their parents or guardians and give their consent to the dress code prescribed for NEET.
Step 3 – Review and final Submit.
Candidates are recommended to review the details entered before the final presentation. Many details such as Nationality, Category, Medium, and Exam Centers cannot be changed, so it is advisable to review and then send the details.
Step 4 – Loading documents and images.
A recent photograph must be uploaded to a postcard size with a white background. The name of the candidate and the date must be written below the photograph. The file size must be 10 Kb to 100 Kb and the format must be JPG.
Signature: All candidates must place their signature with a black pen on a white paper and scan it in JPG format in a file of 3 Kb to 20 Kb.
These must be uploaded. In case of discrepancies in the photograph and signature, candidates will be notified via SMS and email for correction through the start of candidate session.
Step 5 – Payment of the application fee
Payment is made online through debit / credit cards / net banking OR through SBI EChallan for the candidates to download and payment is made in cash at the nearest SBI branch.
For Gen/OBC NCL category candidates, the application fee is Rs. 1400 and Rs 750 for SC / ST / PwD / Transgender.
The receipt of payment or the receipt must be kept safe.
Step 6 – Print the confirmation page
Candidates who have successfully paid the fees must download and print the confirmation page for future references.
Syllabus of NEET 2020
The exam program includes questions from the physics, chemistry and biology programs of classes XI and XII of CBSE. It is prepared after the Indian Medical Council (MCI) has examined several state programs, as well as those prepared by NTA, CBSE, NCERT and COBSE. It takes into account a detailed review of all the programs of the state council to establish consistency throughout the country.

- In total, 180 questions are divided equally between these sections.
- Each question is 4 points, while 1 point is deducted for each incorrect answer.
Result and Counseling of NEET 2020
NTA will report the result of NEET 2020 on June 4. Candidates can verify the result by entering their login credentials: application number and password. The result will be declared online and candidates will have access to their scorecard, which will also contain their qualification status. Candidates who obtain the qualification threshold will be declared qualified and will be eligible for the council.
DGHS will provisionally host the NEET 2020 counselling on behalf of the Medical Advisory Committee (MCC) during the second week of June. NEET 2020 will be online and will be held for 15% of the total number of seats in all public universities (with the exception of the state universities of Jammu and Kashmir). These seats are the seats of all Indian dues, all seats in the central and renowned universities, seats reserved for the wards of the insured (IP fee) in the medical colleges of the Insurance Corporation of State Employees (ESIC) Seats available in the Medical College of the Armed Forces (AFMC) of Pune. The NEET 2020 board of directors for the remaining 85% of state seats in all government and private universities will be headed by the respective state authorities. The NEET 2020 Board will be held in two rounds for the quotas of all the Indian quotas and three rounds for the Central & Deemed and ESIC Universities.

JEE Advanced 2020 Exam Pattern
Details regarding JEE Advanced 2020 Exam Pattern are given below:
- Mode: JEE Advanced 2020 exam will get conducted in online (computer-based) mode.
- Medium: The paper will be available in the English or Hindi language.
- Duration: The exam will be conducted for 3 hours.
- Paper: There will be two compulsory papers – Paper I and Paper II.
- Questions Type: Question paper will consist of objective type of questions.
- Subjects: The exam will contain questions from the subjects of – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Marking: There will be negative marking in the paper and will vary for different papers.
The exam paper will be in two sessions (Paper 1 and 2). Those who are selected in the IIT JEE Main 2020 are allowed to register for JEE Advanced 2020. A separate registration is required to claim candidature for the exam.
The exam for the 2020 Joint Advanced Entrance Examination (JEE) will be held on May 17th. This year, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, under the direction of JAB, will conduct the exam. Since last year, the exam is organized in the same pattern. Aspirants may attempt JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times in two consecutive years. The registration process usually begins in May, after the declaration of JEE mains result.
JEE-Advanced is the gateway to secure access to any of the 23 IITs. To appear in this test, an aspirant first qualifies JEE (Main) and ranked in the top candidates. Those who qualify JEE (Advanced), but do not find a place in the engineering branch of their choice at IIT, usually opt for the National Institutes of Technology (NIT), which admit students relying on the India ranks JEE (Main).
Eligibility Criteria

- Only those candidates who have qualified in the JEE Main 2020 exam are allowed to appear for JEE Advanced 2020 exam.
- The age criterion is also prescribed by the authorities. Those candidates who are born on or after 1st October 1995 are eligible for the JEE Advanced 2020 exam.
- There is 5 years of relaxation to SC/ ST/ PwD categories candidates.
- The candidates can give just two attempts in the consecutive years.
- The candidates appearing in 12th class for the first time in the year 2019 or 2020 are also eligible.

Step 1 – Register in JEE Advanced 2020
- Click on the registration link (it will be available as of your official activation)
- It is advised to go through the given instructions carefully.
- Now log in to the registration portal using
- JEE main number and password
- Enter the security pin
- Once you have logged in, the academic, personal and communication information entered by the candidate at the time of the JEE 2020 main record is visible on the screen in read-only mode.
- However, the JEE Advanced 2020 registration form will include additional fields that the candidate must complete:
- The candidate will have chosen the language in which he wishes to answer the questionnaire (English or Hindi)
- The candidate will choose a maximum of five centers according to their needs.
